I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a seating area, a work desk and a couch bed. Wasn't expecting to have a full kitchen. All the staff was very-very nice and really accommodating, resolved my issues.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near historic downtown. The complimentary breakfast was great and much needed. The rooms were very large with a full kitchen, making it easy for us to cook. The hotel also had free parking, which was a bonus.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being super close to the mall, right near downtown, and close to the historical district. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a kitchenette with an option for an induction cooktop if requested at the front desk. The breakfast with cooks was also a nice touch.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

Being disabled, I was pleased to find that the hotel had spacious rooms designed for accessibility. The room had plenty of space for me and all the necessary amenities for cooking. The breakfast had a wide range of options, from fresh waffles to yogurt and juices. The location was convenient for shopping and dining. The staff always greeted us pleasantly when we returned to the hotel.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.
